The Singapore agreement
The point was, as I understood it, to get our agreement down in black and white so we could stop arguing about it.
Made had a few preconditions about Kori, not all of which I agreed with but I put up minimal arguement just so we could get this done.
We had brought Gary in as a partner, but had always rankled Made, so here she wanted to ensure that he was re-classified as an employee.
Point (14) was about her brother Ketut Denda who lived in Japan. We had borrowed his name as the nominee owner of Kori Restaurant, and Made wanted to start paying him $100 per month for the service. I had no problem with that.

We signed the agreement in front of soliciter Lee Meng Mew.

Five days later Made initiated the funds transfer agreed to in the agreement.
On return to Bali we bought the land available on Jalan Pengembak and began work on a new house for me.
